By accessing or using ECUHEX and its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. About ECUHEX

ECUHEX is an AI-powered ECU tuning platform offering automated solutions, calibration tools, and advanced modules for cars, trucks, and machinery. It is developed and maintained by experienced tuners and software professionals under ATR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FZE.

3. User Responsibilities

All users are responsible for using ECUHEX services in compliance with their local laws and regulations. ECUHEX strictly prohibits the misuse of its services for illegal or unethical purposes, including but not limited to tampering with emission controls in jurisdictions where it is unlawful.

4. File Usage

All files uploaded, processed, or downloaded through ECUHEX are the sole responsibility of the user. ECUHEX does not guarantee legal compliance or suitability for road use. The platform is intended for professional, educational, or off-road experimental purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, tools, AI modules, branding, and content on ECUHEX are the intellectual property of ATR SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS FZE. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and will be legally pursued.

6. Account & License Use

ECUHEX accounts are licensed to individual users or entities. Sharing account access, login credentials, or using a license across multiple unrelated parties is a direct violation of these terms. Detection of such activity will result in permanent suspension without refund.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and automated services, ECUHEX does not provide refunds once a file has been processed or downloaded. All transactions are considered final.

8. Limitation of Liability

ECUHEX is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, including but not limited to data loss, ECU damage, or regulatory penalties. Users accept all risks associated with file modifications.

9. No Warranty

All services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. ECUHEX does not guarantee that all files will be compatible with specific vehicles or ECUs.

10. Termination

ECUHEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if any of these terms are violated, including misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction through appropriate legal channels.

12. UAE Software & Cyber Law Compliance

ECUHEX fully complies with UAE software regulations, including:

Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 – UAE Cybercrime Law
Federal Law No. 2 of 2006 – On Electronic Transactions and Commerce

Misuse of ECUHEX software may result in legal action and reporting to the UAE Cyber Security Council. Activities such as hacking, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering are strictly prohibited under UAE law.
